Each menu is tailored to meet the developmental needs and taste of school-age children, emphasizing balanced nutrition and joyful eating. With fresh ingredients and age-appropriate portions, their meals help fuel our students' learning, play, and creativity throughout the day.
Behind each meal is Chef Ed, who brings over 12 years of experience in the Seattle hospitality and catering industry. Before founding Food for Thought Catering Services, he served as Food Service Director with Elior North America, providing professional food services at institutions such as Highline College and Shoreline Community College. Chef Ed is committed to excellence—not only in food quality and sanitation standards, but also in designing menus that reflect each client’s values and community. We’re proud to offer a food experience that aligns with our values- nurturing both body and spirit in every season of growth.
